WE ARE CREATED BY GOD
We are ordinary people who were created in the image of God. However, we were conceived and live in a fallen sinful world that has separated us from our Creator. We acknowledge that without God in our lives we have a crucial and eternally critical void in our lives. The void and discontentment we feel and experience cannot be satisfied with material possessions or cultural status. At Springside we believe God has made a way for us to have peace, a peace that passes all understanding and it can only be found in His Son- Jesus Christ.
WE ARE REDEEMED BY JESUS
John 14:6 shares Jesus' words to the disciples "I am the Way, the Truth, and The Life no one comes to the Father, except through me". For us to experience peace, and wholeness in our lives we need to be reconciled to our Holy God who created us and made a way for our redemption. For all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God, and the wages of sin is death- but the gift of God is eternal life thorugh Jesus Christ our Lord. At Springside we beleive that Jesus paid our sin debt and that He is the only avenue for peace with a Holy God and eternal life in Glory with Him.
WE ARE LED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT
We have chosen to follow the conviction of the Holy Spirit and believe in Faith that God has given us all that we need for living a God Honoring Life. The Spirit of God not only convicts us as believers but He empowers and grows fruit within our lives as a living testimony of His work. At Springside we believe that our common source of power and peace unite us in our daily walk with God, growth in our faith, and sharing our journey with others.
WE ARE ENCOURAGED BY THE CHURCH
We have chosen to gather and celebrate with joy and peace the goodness of God. All that we have and hope to gain is a result of God's Goodness. It is through the Grace of God that we gain eternal life. It is our Gratitude that drives us to share His Love to the World. It is His Generosity that motivates us to be generous to one another. When we keep God at the center of our circle of Grace, Gratitude, and Generosity we do not draw attention to ourselves, instead He is Glorified. At Springside we believe our purpose is to bring Glory to God and not ourselves. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
